   Welcome to French Food Focus. The name describes the intent of this blog. I'll focus on food and because I live in rural   
   France the stress will be upon French food.  There are numerous posts concerning life in France and, certainly, opinions
   about anything that strikes my fancy.
   If you have some good recipes  or if you want to rave about any great French restaurants this  is the place to do it.

 I hope you enjoy my ramblings about rural France!

Why did I move?

    Just in case you're interested.

    I did it mainly to gain more control. With a proper website of my own I have a lot more design freedom
    than otherwise. Even though the Blogspot software is pretty good its pretty inflexible unless you want
    to go all the way into the HTML code. Loading images into posts  was & is a real pain. Thus I used
    more text and fewer pictures than I would normally have done.

    Additionally, the navigation was difficult. Even I couldn't find things from within the blog.
    And I wrote the damn thing!

    So now I'm using a proper professional program to both write and design the blog. This gives me the
    freedom  I wanted. The design is now mine for better or worse not somebody else's template.

    I hope you like it and tell all of your friends. If not squawk at me. I promise to listen.

    Above all comment on the heart of this which is the content. Design is nice, but content counts.
